Background
I offer 10 years of customer centric professional development experience building web applications.
I am located in St. Augustine, FL and offer a distinct background of professional development experience as well as degrees in Psychology and English with an MBA, all from the University of Florida.

Project: New web site for the merger of Powell Design Group and Design Works. This site is in its final phases and will go live in the next couple of weeks. Not only does the project provide a fresh look and feel consistent with the firms branding and high quality image, but also gives the customer an integred blog for news and a full powered content management system allowing updates to be made to all existing content with the ability to add new content as needed.

Project: Merrill Edge is the just launched Bank of America Merrill Lynch Online Brokerage. The site caters to Self Directed investors as well as small business users (self service retirement plans) integrated with Merrill's Pierce brokerage clearing house platform, external vendors and Merrill's Benefits Online. The site consists of a customer facing UI as well as leverages the wealth management platform used by FA's and middle office groups (seen about 2/3's into the screencast).
The site is fully integrated with BankofAmerica.com and brings to bear the full integration of Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.

How: (2009-Present) Development Team lead => The integration of many teams (100+ developers) and many technologies including but not limited to Microsoft .net UI, Microsoft web services, Tibco Business Works ESB including Tibco EMS, Tibco I-Process BPM, Java, Mainframe integration via Web Services

Project: The big push by a small team. Race Reports offers a rich and unique experience for endurance racers. The site was rapidly developed and is full of features. The site is in it's first iteration. The site has open access for reading reports, and requires registration to create/edit reports.

How: (2009) Built for G51 Studios who did the UX and visual design as well as concept.

Project: Banc of America Investments and Securities full service brokerage customer onboarding platform. The platform is integrated with BankOfAmerica.com and is leveraged internally by the FA sales force and operations. The application guarantees full AML, OCC, CIP and SEC compliance through the business rules governing data collection and approval workflows. This system will be replaced by Merrill Edge and the Enterprise Account Opening Pierce backbone (internal facing).

How: (2004-2009) From Architect to Team Lead => Built by a small team (10 developers) that faced off with Enterprise services including the Fidelity Streetscape clearing house platform. This is a Java application built on a core of Hibernate, Spring, a home grown DSL/Rule Engine for business rules, CFX and Axis webservices, Weblogic, Tomcat, Fujitsu's Interstage business process management platform, a home grown ESB built on Apache MQ Series, Lucene search (real time updating search indexes for business process worklist searching).

Project: An evolution from a Wellness focused E-Commerce and Recipe site to Alere's Healthy Living Programs. The ASP site offers SSO integration and registration, detailed and rich content, a suit of administrative tools and tools for users to track, chart and measure their progress in the healthy living programs.
